2005-2006 SeasonOctober 5, 2005 Grand Forks, ND: This early season snowstorm dropped two inches of snow in Grand Forks, but over 18 inches in western North Dakota.
November 14, 2005 Grand Forks, ND: A very wet snowstorm slowed campus down, but managed little else.
December 29-30, 2005 Northern Twin Cities, MN: A typical winter storm in the cities.
January 28-31, 2006 Grand Forks, ND: Back to back snowstorms transformed UND into a winter wonderland. Over six inches were dumped by these storms.
February 16, 2006 Grand Forks, ND: The coldest day of the year also brought a moderate storm. While not much snow fell, the winds associated with it amplified the effects of the falling snow.
March 13, 2006: Anoka, MN: A late winter snowstorm put a damper on spring break plans.
