2001-
August 17, 2001: My very first lightning photos. I accidentally overexposed the photos so I had to edit them on the computer.
August 26, 2001: I finally get the aperture setting right for round two.
2002-
June 19, 2002: Lightning rips open the sky and pounds the ground. Was my best lightning storm for four years.
July 25, 2002: Another great lightning storm--I developed the B&W photo in a class because the regular machines couldn't develop it.
August 16, 2002: Lots of lightning in this storm, but only one frame of film left in the camera.
2003-
June 12, 2003: When sitting on the tarmac at the airport in a thunderstorm, there is only one thing to do. I had six frames left on this roll of film so I shoved the camera into the plane window and prayed. God answered my prayers on the fourth frame for my only lightning photo of the year.
2004-
June 8, 2004: The final time the SLR got to take lightning photos. Was the only lightning storm I captured on film in 2004.
2005-
May 8, 2005: My first attempt at lightning photography with a digital camera.
June 29, 2005: Another quick lightning storm. Several good C-C bolts.
