2006-
April 18, 2006: An awesome start to what would be an extraordinary lightning season. I captured what Dan and I dubbed the Million Dollar Bolt (photo 3).
May 7, 2006: A stellar lightning storm tore open the sky over Grand Forks on the evening of May 7, 2006. The photos speak for themselves.
June 16, 2006: A storm raced in and produced a few good bolts on the NE side of the Cities.
July 25, 2006: Only car storm chase of the year up in rural Isanti County.
August 20, 2006: An amazing storm produced some amazing lightning on my second day back in Grand Forks.
August 22, 2006: Another pretty good lightning storm over Grand Forks.
September 15, 2006: This night we nearly got killed three times by lightning strikes less than 300 feet away!!
